Our background
Koks uit Spanje was founded by Dick van Ostaden, a former hospitality entrepreneur and
chairman of Koninklijke Horeca Nederland (Oisterwijk region) for ten years.
With experience both as an employer and an employee, he understands what is needed for a good match.
What started as a solution to the chef shortage in the Netherlands has grown into a wider platform for fair and
transparent hospitality recruitment in Europe — including opportunities to work in hospitality in the UK & Ireland.
